Up and out to help Jo move a few last things into her flat. Obviously heavy stuff, which as it turns out isn’t really too heavy at all. Then once we’re at her new place, putting together a set of shelves, which have already been half assembled.

I leave her to unpack and go home and shower and have a snooze.

Once she’s unpacked and relaxed we go get a couple of beers before tripping back to mine to watch a couple of films and have a rather tasty curry.
