Search

Ok, so perhaps I lied a little about the search. Seems that with a little tinkering I did manage to get it to work. You’ll find a permanent link on the menu over on the right there (or click here).

It seems that a rogue comment was causing the problem (a Server 500 error). The beauty of CGI being that when you run the same thing from the commandline you get a fair bit more debugging info.

So anyhow, knock yourselves out. The search gets updated as soon as I post (no more cron jobs), and hardly takes up any more space here (a couple of template files and the perl script is all).

This of course takes the pressure off upgrading to MT2.5 when it arrives. As people will always tell you, avoid the .0 versions.
