Ok, nice lazy morning. What I have done is further refine the styles used here. No I’ve not changed the colours, or layout, just the way it’s used.
Before today although you could select a light or dark scheme which would be used for most of the site, it wouldn’t affect the comments pop-ups, nor the search page. The reason was that those pages are located somewhere different to the cookie storing your details.
Also the light, dark links on the righthand menu were just text objects that I captured a click on. As such they didn’t look like proper links.
So what I’ve done is turn them into proper links, you’ll get a confirmation page load up when you click them. Please wait for it to fully appear.
That confirmation page will also set a cookie for the other location, used by the commennts and search pages. So now when you click light/dark, you’ll get a proper pop-up, and your setting will be used for all pages on this site (fingers crossed).
So there we go, a bit more complete now. Hope it works for you.
