I’ve really got to sort my head out sometime soon. Recently I’ve been very much not-happy. Far more so than usual. If this carrys on much longer then I may well do something really stupid.

I guess the first step is trying to identify what it is that’s causing me to not be happy.

Then find a way to resolve the issue, and finally actually do something.
