Fog

Foggy all the way back, and still now.

I’ve changed the fishtank cam to use Windows Media Streaming for a while. The old Camarades wasn’t working out too well, with low frame-rate. I’ve set WMS to allow 2 streams at 320x240x15fps. I’ll give it a try for a few days, and see how it works out. I’d appreciate it if you’d also give it a go, and let me know what you think. Thanks.

Back to work for me tomorrow, so I’ll not be staying up too late tonight.

Tried connecting to the Fish Tank Cam at 12:30p.m. local time (-10UTC) and got the following error:

The server, a computer setup to offer multimedia content to other computers, could not handle your request for multimedia content in a timely manner. Please try again later.

Just for kicks, I switched from Mozilla 1.1 to Opera 6.05 to see if that would make any difference. It did, but only in the sense that I got:

The address type is unknown or unsupported.
