It seems that 13 of you needed to escape from the mince pies and relatives yesterday, and pop in here for a quick breather.
Weather here is a bit on the wet side, so the game of golf is off. Which probable means a day with more eating (though I feel I’ve eaten enough to last me at least until the end of the year).

hmmm eating... i am now avoiding that like the plague - after swapping all the christmas chocolate i don't like with my brother i am now not eating any of it. (You would think that my parents would remember that I don't like galaxy or malteasers - big box of each).
Got another Xmas dinner to face today - it seems that going out for dinner on xmas day doesn't excuse us from having one at home. Thankfully it won't be the whole shebang - just food, so no crackers or daft hats, but as turkey has to be my least favourite meat it is not something i am relishing the idea of.
Oh well xmas seems to be all about food these days anyway so will just get on with it... and throw out my chocolate at easter when i get eggs to replace the xmas stuff.
