More Bridges

Today started last night with staying up late/early watching TV. When we do eventually wakeup this morning we go off into Hull and over the Humber Bridge. Last weekend we’re on the world’s first iron bridge, and then as a complete contrast this weekend we go over the worlds second longest single span suspension bridge, and mighty impressive it is too.

Some shopping in Hull (where a visit to Toys-r-Us cheered Ruth up as she could play some tunes on these new Casio keyboards, which play the backing to a tune and light the keys up that you’re supposed to play) and we return home for Sunday roast (with a few detours because of a traffic accident and extreme hunger).

After dinner (which is delicious), I get packed and back on the road, and home around 10:30ish.

Tonnes of spam email to sift through and I’ll be off to sleep soon.
