The trip up to Ruth’s was pretty uneventful, with the exception of the mile of traffic jam getting off the M40 and onto the A43, which took about and hour. At Ruth’s we settle back and watch Comic Relief, which as ever is amusing, and they collect plenty of money for charity, which is a good thing.

We get to bed late, though Comic Relief carrys on until 3:40.
