Not borked
Considering it’s far more complex than anything I ever did in Home Ec. lessons back at school (the last time I did anything approaching cooking), tonight food worked out quite well. I was amazed.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m no proper chef. First it was mostly salad, with only a little marinating and cooking required. And second I was working from a recipe as closely as possible. So no chucking things in until it “looks” right.
Still, I found it tasty, was impressed with myself, and will perhaps be a little more confident trying other stuff.
