Diced

As I expected, no recipe means I fail miserably with the Sunday roast. That’s not to say it wasn’t rather delicious. However my hand in it was rather small. A few chopped and scrubbed vegetables, and some washing up, and Ruth did all the rest (thankfully, ‘cause I really didn’t have the slightest clue).

All good fun. We bought a few recipe books while at Blenheim, so if I’m feeling a little adventurous, there may be more Phil-cooked food on the way.
