Getting Somewhere

You may remember on Friday I mentioned a problem with my old ISP and how I’d ended up talking to one of the directors.

Well he phoned me back today, he’d been in touch with the people doing the billing, who admitted they’d made a small number of errors, and promised to refund the money. The chap I was talking to suggested I give him a call if I’ve not seen the money within a month, and if the delay was causing a problem, he’d write me a cheque himself. Very helpful chap. All in all I was very impressed with the way it’s been dealt with. I’m very used to getting nowhere when complaining.
