Stratford and Back

The sun was out this evening so I took a top down drive up to Stratford, taking the A44 and then A3400. The later is the better, lovely sweeping bends and national speed limits (the A44 is mostly 50).

Then back through the much more twisty (and downright dangerous in places) B4027. It’s a fantastic road, just got to remember to take it easy in places (like the hill into Glympton).

The most counter-inuitive bit however has to be the fact I got just over 38mpg on that trip (an no, I wasn’t driving like an OAP).

Anyway, back now, knackered. Will watch a little TV and then get some sleep. Another project launch tomorrow.
