This would be funny if it weren’t serious. “If you are unsure of the speed limit stick to 30mph”. And how dangerous would that be. On fast roads you’d be rear-ended before you knew it, and blasting past schools, shops and parked cars in an obviously residential area would probably kill someone. Not the best suggestion I’ve seen.

This site, may prove interesting. Not sure how right it is, but it makes for a nice balance against all the pro-speed safety stuff you’ll hear and read.
