Happy New Year

Looking back the last year for me has been one of brilliant highs and very depressing lows. I’ve learned a lot, both about myself and about life. I could go on to reflect on all of the above in more detail, but I’ll save that for my therapist.

I hope that this year will have be the same, with just a little less of the lows.
