Busy day at work. I finally got around to sending an email to an old (well not that old), close, friend. We’ve not said a thing to each other in a good couple of years now, but I finally decided to give it a go and see whether they’d reply. All my pessimism was wasted, and I got emailed me back. Lots to catch up on now.

Anyway, my parents are due round shortly, so I doubt I’ll have anything more to add later.
