I learnt today that my old A-Level Biology teacher, Dr McCann, has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer caused by asbestos. He was a very good teacher and it’ll be a sad to loss to the world. He has however taken the best view of the situation though and is working through a list of all the things he wants to do before he goes. I hope the remainder of his life (however long that is) is as fulfilling as possible.
