Blimey, mad busy day again at work, all sorts of planned work, un-planned ad-hoc work and the like.
Back home a little later than normal and Abi’s had a tough day, with some lost work due to our net connection dropping out for an hour. Not good.
Our new blinds for the living room arrived today, so Abi and I set about fitting them, which involved lots of hole drilling (something I’m not brilliant at). After about an hour of marking, drilling and screwing they’re up, and I reckon look pretty good.
So then it’s my turn to cook us a curry. I cheat a little, but still make the most of a gas hob (how I managed with electric is beyond me), and we watch a movie while we eat.

Yep, I don't know how anyone can do real cooking on an electric range. It's good for keeping things warm and simmering. But real cooking ...
