Digiguide Tech Support

Over the past year or so I’ve somehow missed the updates to Digiguide. IT’s gone from version 6.1 to version 8 (with 8.1 imminent). They’ve even changed their whole account and registration set up.

So I thought I’d upgrade, but of course ran into a snag when I didn’t have an account (they didn’t exist back then, well not publicly anyway).

I emailed the support people at Digiguide, and they sorted it for me, working through until 22:45. That’s even more impressive when you look and see that the support people are the lead and co-developers of the product. I guess that’s what happens when you’re a small team. It’s nice to know that they’re willing to take care of people too.

Anyway, off to work for me, lots of stuff to do. More later I hope.
