On average last week I got 235 attempted spam comments here every day. At the start of this week the average was up to 310. Yesterday I had just 9 attempts total, all day. Today there’s 2 so far.

What’s going on? I’ve upgraded to version 3.15 of MT, but that’s not supposed to reduce spam. I’ve not changed anything else. And I’m not the only one. The reason I noticed was because of this brief thread.

Could it be? Have the spammers really stopped? I hope so!
