Well, it seems the drop in spam the other day was just someone taking a holiday, because the numbers are back up, and beyond previous levels. Yesterday say 795 attempts, a record here. And today, well it’s early but already it’s up at 673. In fact as I’ve typed this, 5 more attempts have appeared. The scum are back.

Luckily at the moment these are all attempts, they’re blocked by MT Blacklist, which filters them based on content. For that bit of software I’m very grateful.
