Twice now the linuxbox that this site is serverd from has needed a reboot. It ran out of memory both times killing processes as it went. Most of the out of memory processes we MySQL, so I suspect that was the culprit. However the odd one or two were mt-tb.cgi, which is the Track back part of Movable Type (the platform for this place). I suspect a possibility is too many spam TB pings, causing MySQL to max out. So with that in mind, I’ve disabled the TB script, to see if I can stop any more problems.
