The sun’s shining this morning, even though the weather forecasters say it’ll rain rain rain all day. We take the opportunity to head over to the DIY store and pick up some more flower pots, some slug pellets and some weed killer. With those bought, it’s off to the fish store to replenish fish tank stocks. Though it’s not empty, numbers have halved since we moved in, so it’s about time to add a few new ones, mostly the same variety as previous.
With that done, I start adding some wood trreament to the front door. It’s weathered a little, and some of the previous treatment has started to crack and peel in places. Not much, but enough that I need to get on and start sorting it, before it gets too bad.
With that done, we head off to the supermarket for some more food, and then back home, and not much longer after and it’s starting to cloud over, and although not raining now, it’s close to what the forecasters thought, just a little late.
