Another long and tricky week at work. Off to the wedding reception of one of my work colleagues this evening.
The past couple of days have been fantastic weatherwise, sunny sun and nice and warm with it. The plants in the garden are all making the most of it, but I’m struggling to keep them watered while I’m away at work. I would get an automatic irrigation system, but we’ve got a hosepipe ban on at the moment (I wonder if those are covered by the ban?).
Abi’s back tomorrow, though luckily for me her flight lands at a much more reasonable time than her USA trip. Hope the weather here stays good for her, would be a shame for her to come back to the usual rainy cloudy UK.
