Insurance companys can be right pains.
It seems the accident we had in Abi’s car back at the end of last year has had a not so good effect on my renewel cost.
It seems that despite the incident not being my fault, not being my car, nor my insurance (and the claim not being made on either mine or Abi’s insurance policies), my insurer thinks that’s worth another £100 (roughly a 20% incease).
I think that’s insane, and as such I’m doing what I can to find another insurer, even if it means paying a quid or two more.

We have a healty insurance market with just enough competition to keep the companies more or less reasonable.
