Totally mad hayfever this morning. Not so much running nose, but almost uncontrolable sneezing. Was really quite daft. Around lunchtime it started to ease of a little though. Worst I’ve ever suffered I think.

I used to suffer from chronic hayfever, even having a steroid injection one year coz I got allergic asthma and had difficulty breathing. U name an anti-histamine product and I've probably tried it - until now! http://www.neovault.com/articles_dangers_of_dehydration.asp
PLEASE read the above regarding dehydration. Am currently taking NO medication, only plenty of water. Amazing, considering this is one of the worst years ever coz of the heat. This seriously works! All the best.
