FC6, IE7, Firefox 2

Since my last post, IE7’s been realeased, and though I’m sure it suffers the same fatal flaws (security, or lack thereof) as it’s previous versions, it seems to look pretty good, and run pretty well. But as usability goes, it seems to pinch it’s tab’d browisng, which is one of two new features, from Firefox. The zooming is pretty nifty too.

Firefox2 I’ve not had as much chance to try, but my initial look didn’t really reveal much difference, so I guess most of the stuff is behind the scenes.

And then there’s Fedora Core 6. Poor sods haven’t managed to get their website back up and running yet, such is the enthusiasm (or lack of server power) for it all. I got in quick, and gave the computer serving this site and update last night. On that front, I’ve really had no chance to compare.
