Quiet

I promised to tell you if anything exciting happened didn’t I? Well it’s not. Been pretty quiet around here. Lots of people suddenly finding this place because of wiring and rust problems with their Fiesta’s though (it was a joke, really!). Is nobody safe?

Cold and Quiet.

I was wrong. It was icy. The car was icy, and the roads were icy. Slippery too (what a surprise!).

A very quiet day in the office today. Not quiet as in no work to do, quite the opposite in fact. Quiet because there weren’t many people there. Holidays and meetings left half the place empty. So quiet.

And that’s it. Cold and quiet.

If anything exciting happens during the remaining hours of today, I’ll let you know.

Now I’m Not Confused

Thanks to this helpful comment, I’m not confused at all and am very certain that today is Thursday. Friday would have been better (payday and start of hols), but Thursday will do.

Got to get started a little earlier this morning, because of another parcel to collect from the sorting office.

First day of scraping ice off my car yesterday, but it’s looking more wet than cold today, so hopefully no more of that (then again looking at the weather forecast, it may well be nicely frozen).
